Complete the Form

Fill in all author details, select your thematic track, and paste your abstract text.

Receive Reference ID

You will receive an abstract reference ID and acknowledgement by email on submission.

Await Decision

The scientific committee will notify you of its decision by 31 October 2026.

✓No tables, figures, or references in abstract text
✓All authors listed with affiliations
✓Presenting author must register for the conference
